ASK US A SEXUAL HEALTH QUESTION

There are three ways you can contact us with a sexual health question

Your response will come from trained youth volunteers who have completed a training course in providing sexual health information and resources to their peers.

All our services are anonymous and confidential

  • Anonymous means that we:
      • do not trace calls
      • do not have call display
      • do not track IP addresses

Confidential means that we will not provide any information that you shared during a conversation with us to anyone outside of our organization except when the following TWO things happen together:

  1. If you are aged 15 and under and tell us that someone has harmed you in the past, is harming you in some way now, or that they will probably harm you in the near future,
    AND
  2. you give us identifying information (like your name, address or phone number), we are obligated by law to inform the police and/or child protection authorities.

In order to keep communication with us open and respectful

  • Don't flame or harass the staff and volunteers of spiderbytes.ca
  • Don't contact us with offensive, derogatory, abusive or discriminatory messages.
  • Don't contact us with solicitations, real, virtual or telephonic

If you do violate any of the above we will contact your Internet Service Provider regarding e-mail harassment and improper use of the internet.

We will report repeated violations to the police and in the course of an investigation, we will be required to provide information which may identify you.
